No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, contractors, affiliates of MyBuddyCo, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Friday, January 14, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on Feburary 14, 2026. (the “Giveaway Period”). Entries submitted outside of this period will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Submit a valid email address through the official giveaway entry form on mybuddyco.com

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, unless otherwise stated. Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different email addresses or automated methods may result in disqualification.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

$10,000 gift card 

The prize:

Is non-transferable

MyBuddyCo reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection & Odds

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified via email within 3 days of the giveaway ending.

The winner must respond within 72 hours of notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, MyBuddyCo reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow MyBuddyCo to use their first name, last initial, city/state, and/or pet-related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Data & Privacy

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to receive promotional emails from MyBuddyCo. You may unsubscribe at any time.

All personal information collected will be handled in accordance with MyBuddyCo’s Privacy Policy.

General Conditions

MyBuddyCo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

Any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these rules may be disqualified at MyBuddyCo’s sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

MyBuddyCo is not responsible for:

Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

Technical failures, website issues, or email delivery problems

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless MyBuddyCo from any claims arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

Governing Law

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
